Watch constantly loses time. It sometimes even stops when it is not flat or level. We thought the first watch was just worn out and broken but the second watch is even worse.

My new watch is beautiful and it's the easiest to read of all the watches I've ever owned.

I took months to solve the issues they created when they sent the wrong items. There were periods of weeks where my emails went unanswered. Although polite when I did get an answer the timing for replies and careless attention to detail far outweighed the apologies.

We trusted you that your wall clocks were in fact quality (we already knew expensive) replicas of the beloved Swiss Train Clock. What a profound disappointment. We spent over $700 in November on the small and large wall clock. My wife then later bought me a similar watch for Christmas before we discovered the terrible quality. So we are over $1,000 into your products and the only one that works correctly is the watch. The large wall clock immediately began to lose time, as in a week, it had lost over 90 minutes. The smaller wall clock worked seemingly ok, but after three months, it now quits at random and loses about 10 minutes a day. We have changed batteries multiple times to no avail. And what a disaster your return service is. After multiple emails with no response, finally your US repair service in Rhode Island finally responds, but acts like they have no knowledge of the sale. We get standard letter about how they will inform us of cost to repair and we can decide if we want to repair or eat it. Really, it is only 60 days old ..... so I called and convinced them it was under warranty, but I had to send to them many pieces of documentation and return for repair at a cost of over $115 plus had to pay them $15 to return. My email questioning this has never been answered in 4 weeks. The repair has also taken over 4 weeks. So now we are expecting the delivery of the large wall clock, wondering if it will actually work .... and the small clock that is now also really worthless. Do we bother to return it for repair ? I guarantee you, I regularly review products on all of the various sites. Read your reviews on Amazon .... it is wonder they still carry your products. You had a very unique opportunity to have a hugely successful product with its icon status ..... and you simply got greedy and have blown it. You lined your pockets in the short term ...... if you don't believe me .... read your Amazon reviews. I wish I had done so before giving you so much of our money. I am on a Swiss company Board of Directors and am in Zurich at least 4 times a year. I believe I understand Swiss culture and pride. I realize you will never respond to me, but I guarantee unless you do and get serious about your issues ..... I had to re-order the original purchase that had a greater discount since it wasn't processed online correctly. Other than that the clock arrived promptly with an excellent packing and works and look great.
