Such a fairly priced Swiss-made watch. I love the minimalistic design elements and how clean the lines and markers are of these watches. It truly goes with any outfit casual or dressy. I personally originally bought into the brand for the sustainable element as I prefer to shop ethical brands, but ended up really appreciating the beauty of the watch once my order arrived! I got one of the EVO designs and I really like the rounded face, goes well with wrist jewelry or stand alone on its own.

I received the replacement armband for my small Mondaine watch very quickly and in good condition. The last one only lasted about a year, which is why I give it only 4 stars out of 5. It's an expensive watchband to last only such a limited time.

The watch I ordered lost 15 minutes within two weeks. I called customer service and they were happy to send me a repair shipping label and said it would probably take a month by the time I got it back. When I asked about the 30-day return policy and suggested it would be quicker for me to just return the watch and then order a new one, they gladly sent me a shipping label. Had they recommended that instead of the repair, I would have given them 5 stars. I plan to reorder the watch.

Love it but now sorry I didn't get a different band. I will be getting other Mondaines

On line store a little clunky to find accessories, I.e. watch band Other than that, process and delivery was very good.

Prompt shipping, I notified company within hours of sending that I wanted to cancel, they claimed it had been shipped, which does not appear to be true by shipping info, so that was a bit nettling. I decided to keep regardless, so more an annoyance, need to have an Amazon level of service if you want to run an e-commerce company, that includes order changes,

I would have given 5 stars if they had included replacement pins (which I think they used too). Otherwise, this is my go-to company for replacing my band.
