MondaineReviews of mondaine-usa.com

I have waiting on return contact & instructions for exchanging re retuning my recently purchased watch band so i order again the correct size. I remain in Limbo, not enjoying this experience as its been nearly 2 weeks

This is a fun watch. Clean design, cool, solidly made, casual yet dressy. Also great website. Good to peruse and easy to order.

I have both a stop-to-go watch and wall clock. Love them both although the watch sometimes needs calibrating. Modanine is a great company.

I would have given 5 stars if they had included replacement pins (which I think they used too). Otherwise, this is my go-to company for replacing my band.

I own two Mondaine watches & am looking to buy a third - enjoy both of them immensely - they keep excellent time, comfortable to wear & look great!! My dealings with Mondaine have been most hassle free & have recommended them & their products to friends and associates - do not hesitate to buy this brand

The good: - Easy shopping experience - Quick to complete transaction and ship item. The "not so good": - Did not received a purchase or a shipping confirmation with tracking number - Shipping via UPS, with their inherent execrable delivery service - Without a tracking number, it took a full week to trace the package and get it delivered to the correct address. I have been horribly disappointed with my Mondaine Official Swiss Railways watch. - The watch band has been replaced twice due to poor quality. - The watch stem has been repaired twice due to poor quality (became disconnected when adjusting the calendar date.) - The back plate frequently falls off. I have to say I have had watches that have cost a fraction of the price of the Mondaine that have been more reliable. It is a shame as it is a gorgeous design.

Steve spent a lot of time with me. Car belonged to a smoker having minor regret about smell.
