Do not trust this company. The customer service doesn't exist! They now use an authentication process and I still haven't been able to login to my account. No one has contacted me for support. I just want to delete my info and my account. I'm contacting a lawyer too.

If zero stars was an option, I would rate them 0/5. I logged quite a massive issue with them on day 3 of my new business (pilates studio), I have now been open for over 2 months and I have not received a resolution. Their communication is appalling and I am constantly having to follow them up.

STOP CALLING ME I can't be any clearer to your team that I AM NOT INTERESTED. I have received THIRTEEN phone calls. After the 4th phone call i requested an email with information so I can review and make an informed decision. This decision, which was provided to your business in writing was that momence is of no use or interest to me. I responded politely, thank you but I AM NOT INTERESTED. Following this, i received another 5 phone calls so i emailed once again to say remove me from your database. i have received a further , and have received a further 4 phone calls. I CAN'T BE ANY CLEARER. I AM NOT INTERESTED. STOP CALLING ME. It's ironic that you would flag a previous review as 'harmful' and yet on that very day I received another phone call... even after another email has been sent taking the total to FOURTEEN calls and 5 emails. Who is causing harm now....

The software is no doubt intelligent in ways, but there are some serious issues with it, customers losing credits, bank account connection issues (for example) and anytime you want to speak to someone to resolve these issues you go round in round in circles with multiple people over a chatbox. Speaking to one person, over the phone is not a possibility - this has cost us a fair bit of money Phone support is not available in the UK. Email takes days to get back to if at all (Feb 2025), conversations in-app have a day wait between every single response and you have to re open the ticket every time. Most of the time I figure out the issue myself about a week later (and hours of due diligence)

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and accountability from Momence. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my account and subscription, I have continued to be charged monthly fees. I have reached out several times to request the termination of my account and a refund, yet my concerns remain unresolved. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a business that should value its customers. I trusted that my account would be handled properly.... I would not recommend Momence to anyone based on this experience and many others!!!!

As a CRM it must be a terrible system as they can’t even make a note that we are not interested. We receive calls from them approximately once per month and have advised them that each time they try to make contact we will review them poorly as we are not interested.

I agree with these other reviews. Stay clear as a small business! I've been trying to cancel my business account since October and was charged again today. I will now have to begin disputing charges on my credit card. There is no way to remove payment information, and when someone rarely responds to my request to cancel my business account, it is all talk and no action.

Awful software and experience using this company! Their software is awful to use, their customer service is non existent and nobody ever gets back to you. If your a small business looking for a booking system stay well clear of momence you will regret it! I will be ringing my bank today as nobody is getting back to me regarding cancelling my account. Terrible company!
