My studio has been in business for 32 years and has always had certain ways of doing things. It was difficult at first to align them with a more automated registration system, but with Momence's staff help we were able to do it. When a problem arose, I received prompt service even through items that were complicated. When I had questions they were mostly answered in a timely manner.

Momence helped to automate a lot of studio running processes that I was previously doing manually. I’m talking lead generation and client conversion and retention! It’s also very modern and we’re happy! Julie Honzovicova

really polished sales presentation but integration has been challenging (nearly 6 months in already and its still not working) their sales team that I met with seemed like passionate well spoken team members pitching a software that seemed legit on paper. But shortly after signing up its felt like a slow death by a thousand papercuts. They recently got rid of phone support completely so ur stuck dealing with overseas support whom which english isnt their primary language... so 9/10 times they cant actually help they just say they have have to have the engineers look at it ( 1 week delay on answering tickets) the straw that broke the camels back is our SMS doesn't even work on the account so we cant even text people. Like i said, tool seems promising and if they realize priority #1 has gotta be keeping your customers happy and supporting them with timely support and most importantly a bug free product then maybe theres hope

Momence has allowed me to create an online studio with video collections and courses with minimal fuss. The interface is simple and easy to navigate and as a micro business I appreciate their entry level package that helps me run my services at affordable pricing. The support team and support centre are always on hand to help and their tutorials are clear and relevant. I recommend Momence software for fitness studios and online workout programs alike.

Momence has a lot of potential but is sadly hampered by a terrible attitude to it's customers and their needs. They only do what they think best and they are absolutely ignorant to the needs of the business. Basic functionality is wholly missing. Whoever heard of a booking system that does not allow you to edit, void or back date bookings? Or even process refunds? It apparently has good features for the customer but the back end for business management is incredibly limited. They are trying to force the business to use their payment method and their bookkeeping service. With the latter in mind they are deliberately hobbling the ability to do business bookkeeping properly by providing horribly inadequate reports. They really have no idea about paper trails and allow credit to simply be added and taken away from accounts without a corresponding transaction. They say that they are worried about the tax fraud implications of allowing the business to correct transactions (because of course it is much better to keep an incorrect transaction for reporting of tax liabilities to the government) and then completely contradict this utterly flawed understanding and allow credits to be added and used without this appearing in any report anywhere. I would urge businesses to stay well away from this software until the company actually starts to fix the basics and improves its attitude to its customer base.

I'm reposting my review as I think it's vital that people know what an error it would be to use momence. When I posted my review, the average rating here was very very low. Momence have since disputed all of their reviews to have them removed, rather than improve the platform. I migrated to momence based on a sales pitch from a guy who should win an award for most lies ever told in a 30 minute period. I then spent two years banging my head against a wall trying to get their system to work as promised. I have lost thousands due to their unethical practices, and charges which were not mentioned in my contract, not to mention their incompetent system letting my clients book things with credits they dont have. Support is terrible. I still have outstanding tickets I never heard back on. I wont even mention the reports of client's card details being harvested. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Momence has No customer service, no information available on their website, no pricing, no features, no anything. If you create in inquiry, You will out a thing to add your info which says they will cantact you via chat within 1 minute, instead it launches you straight into a 7 day free trial. From what I can see from the interface it has zero differnces between it and anything else, but I Dont see any information to show or demonstarte otherwise. The fact that I have to enter a country code on my phone number makes me feel like it is overseas, ad I Would not trust my proprietary information, intellectual property and client info to unknown international privacy and IP laws. Honestly it absoutley seems like a scam. wish i could say differnt but there is zero info to indicate otherwise. Also it has the HIGHEST card processing fees i have ever seen from any service of any type. Stressed me TF out. it was eaiser to come and write this review than to continue looking into it.
