Customer service, the website, shipping times, and quality are all excellent. The whole process was super easy, and I’m very pleased.

I ordered a ring that was gold plated. It was a great and beautiful ring. However, it sat in my drawer for sometime (until the moment came to propose) once it was being worn the gold plating started to get tarnished rather easily. I reached out to the service team and they immediately took care of it. I replaced it with a solid gold ring and it is perfect. Over all they were very helpful and the solid gold ring is great.

The customer service is outstanding, if you have any worries or questions they had no problem reassuring me and also gave me a estimated time and they stuck to they’re word, the ring is beautiful and I know my future will love it, thank you guys so much
