At best, it was an expensive learning experience. Ordered a platnum wedding band which arrived significantly lighter than any other we had ordered. The design looked great, but the ring felt like something out of a gumball machine. Don't forget they will wack you with a 25% restocking fee. Between the feel and the fee it makes me wonder if the ring was really .95 Plat. The jewler we worked with on the engagement ring said you can always take platnum for what the metal is worth, somehow Molly Jewelry is unhappy to take their platnum back... We ended up going with a different online only retailer and have a great wedding band, but learned some lessons about what to get in writing from this one. order 219596 July 28, 2026 Update: A customer experience lead F.M. reched out to me about refunding the resocking fee. The email includes this, "We also noticed your recent Trustpilot review. While we respect every customer’s opinion, if this resolution restores your satisfaction, we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider updating or removing your review to reflect the final outcome. This helps us maintain trust with other customers while acknowledging that we’ve made things right." So I was at 5-star when I purchased, went to 1-star when I wanted to return it, and have landed on 3-star when they ultimately did what they should have done from the beginning to keep the customer in a 5-star experience. They have fixed the issue, but it all could have gone so differently. In best light, they are a growing company trying to figure out how to build trust with customers.

I went to Helzberg(sorry for possibility misspelling that) and got my ring tested by a jeweler. She said it was 10k gold and Moisenite (which I ordered) this ring is beautiful and super legit. This has affordable options, I would say this is great overall. I got the Marquise cut with a halo cluster and the "secret" hidden golden Harry Potter snitch. A 1.5c center and around in Moisenite, with engravement, and shipping insurance and it was under 1,000 with the coupon I found on Instagram. Beautiful ring! I'm so happy with my decision!
