The rings was delivered quick, and is absolutely gorgeous, however they sent me a bridal set with a completely incorrect size (I ordered for a size 6) the engagement ring is sized at almost a 6.5, and the wedding band is 6.25 we took the set to a jeweler who told us as much, and also specified that while a thinner band may feel looser, the sizes we received were totally off. I reached out to Molly jewelry about resizing options, and they said rings are made to order so for a 35% restocking fee they'd take it back to make a new one, or I take it to a jeweler to resize it myself which I am doing so.. they offered no compensation even though they made the rings the wrong size.

Really you are better off buying something you can see in person or at least return within 2 weeks if you don’t get what you expected it to look like. The penalty of a 35% restocking fee is crazy. Just buy local. Live and learn. Wasted over $500.

Postage wasn’t paid and got flagged for being counterfeit at USPS. Waited weeks for the ring to be made then weeks waiting for it to ship just to find out we weren’t getting it. They did give us a full refund without much hassle so there’s the one bright side to the whole mess. The experience did ruin my girlfriend’s birthday however.
