The ring that I got was not only beautiful, but it was customized to the perfect fit with my engagement ring. I love it so much. The Molly team reached out to me for approval with a picture attached to the email. It was so nice to see what it would look like before seeing the actual piece. Thank you so much!

Customizing a ring with Mollyjewelry was incredibly easy! They are so kind and made sure I got exactly what I was wanting for my ring! I got my fiance a ring through them… after she got me my ring! Super beautiful pieces and amazing customer service and support!

My engagement ring is beautiful! My fiance and I created it together and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The ring also arrived HOURS before we left for vacation, which I had no idea until he proposed on the beach! Amazing quality and so many choices. I’ve had the ring for a little over a month now and I get so many compliments.

Ordered a Crescent Moss Agate necklace as a 34th anniversary present. Arrived quicker than expected. However, has an odd dark brown center. Appears to be how it is cut reflects background to be distorted and dark. This is a major distraction. Be warned that reviews are AI. Their website suggests leaving a review on the product page but no function exists. 35% restock and they have not responded on replacement.

Hi Steven, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response — over weekends, our customer support team may take slightly longer to reply. Please note that every natural gemstone is unique, and the Moss Agate in particular has distinct patterns that can make each piece look different. That said, if the stone’s appearance is significantly different from what was shown in the product images, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will process a full refund for such cases. Regarding product reviews, to ensure authenticity and prevent misuse or bot activity, our website requires users to be logged in with a registered account linked to an order before leaving a review. This helps guarantee that reviews are genuine and tied to actual purchases. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist if you would like us to review your order and provide a solution. — MollyJewelryUS
