MollyJewerlyUS was super responsive to help me match a wedding band to an engagement ring I had ordered from another jeweler, the craftsmanship of the ring I received was spot on to what was drawn up. My wife absolutely loves the ring!

Excellent customer service and timely replies! The jewelry itself is fantastic. Got my fiancée’s engagement ring from them and she loves it. Gets compliments everywhere we go.

I had a ring custom made from Molly Jewelry ordered sometime in August. However I made the bonehead mistake of not providing my unit number on the delivery address so the delivery was unsuccessful. I went to the post office the very next day and they had already sent my package back to original sender. LAME. I had been in contact with MJ this entire time informing them (and getting lightning fast replies I might add) and they told me they would send it right back to me with the updated address as soon as they receive it. Fantastic! More than a week goes by and they told me the package never found its way back to them, must have got lost in the mail. So what do they do? They offer to make me a whole new ring free of charge! Some time later the original package was finally received and it is currently on its way back to me. But I am blown away by how well I was taken care of, how quickly they respond every time I reach out and especially their willingness to replace my ring even though this all happened because I screwed up when I originally placed my order. 5 stars isn’t enough for them. 6 stars and a round of applause to you Molly Jewelry🫶🏻

Besides having a beautiful engagement and wedding band customized to my liking, the MollyJewelry support were super helpful, attentive, and engaging. The staff reached out to not only ensure the ring was being designed to my specifications, but to also keep open a line of communication where they wanted to make sure I wasn't worrying about the time it was taking to craft the ring. They went as far to ensure that I had actually received it and was happy with my purchase. I am very pleased with the quality of the rings and the customer support that MollyJewelry provided.

I was worried I waited too long to get the ring, but I choose the expedited option and crossed my fingers. The customer service was adamant that it would come on time and they would make sure it got out ASAP. It came right on time, and even a few days before I expected! Now the main part, She love love loves the ring. The build is very sturdy and absolutely stunning. Not even a complaint I could think of. The ring was priced very reasonable, and I might have to come back and get another for my now wife. Honestly 10/10 experience, from customer service, to the build, it was nothing but smooth sailing. Thanks again to everyone involved in creating this lovely piece of jewelry!

I ordered a 14K Gold Horizontal Marquise Cut Moissanite Engagement Ring Delicated Promise Ring with Moissanite Side Stones. Within 12 months of my fiance carefully wearing the ring, one prong broke off (resulting in a lost side stone) and multiple others are loose. Customer support directed me to utilize a local jeweler and kindly provided a spare stone to replace the missing one in question. The jeweler, regretfully informed us that multiple stones were cubic zirconia rather than the moissanite I had paid extra for; I foolishly assumed the duller stones were just off color moissanite. The jeweler also informed us that the prong snapping off is a sign of poor quality control, and the amount of additional loose prongs was shocking after such a short amount of time wearing the ring. Unluckily, we are out of the one year warranty offered by MollyJewelryUS. I will be contacting the company directly to see if this may be resolved, but the fact that we were given poor quality stones after paying for the upgrade is a blow to the gut and the entire reason for me leaving this review.

Hi Jacob, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We reviewed our records and can confirm that you first contacted us in early July. At that time, we sent you a replacement stone so the ring could be repaired locally. Regarding what you were told about the stones, we would like to clarify that we do not use cubic zirconia in place of moissanite, as we are very aware that CZ can lose its brilliance and become dull over time, which is not the standard we want for our jewelry. We are confident in the gemstones we provide. Our confidence in the stone specification is also why we were comfortable sending a replacement stone directly for your local jeweler to install rather than requiring the entire ring to be returned to us. That said, we take your jeweler’s comments seriously and would never dismiss your concern. If they performed testing indicating that any of the stones are not moissanite, we would appreciate seeing the test results or documentation so we can investigate this further. If independent verification confirms that any stone does not match the specifications of your order, we will take full responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution. We would also be happy to review the condition of the prongs and setting with you and work toward a fair solution. Our team has already reached out to you directly, and we hope to resolve this matter with you as soon as possible.

The process was simple and quick. We picked out the ring she wanted and sent Molly all of the pictures they needed for the custom fit. Just a few weeks later, we got the ring in. Excellent communication and a beautiful end product! Her custom wedding band not only fit nicely on her finger, but it sat perfectly flush against her engagement ring. We are very satisfied and would purchase additional jewelry from Molly.

What really stood out to me was your excellent communication skills. From the very beginning of having multiple questions to make sure you understand our vision for the ring along with follow up questions to ensure there is clear communication between us and your company along with how quick you were answering us was amazing, it made it us feel like an actual client and not just a numbered order. Also the quality of the ring was amazing. Thank you again.
