We love the ring that we got, and I super appreciate the help that MollyJeweler.us gave us as we were customizing the order to fit our wants! They did so good! Also the ring came faster than I was expecting! Like it was ready and delivered in under a month! I will say that they were a little slow in responding to my first message, I believe it was within the 48 hour response time, so I’m not mad, it was just closer to the 48 hour side of things.

My husband and I both designed and ordered our custom rings from Molly Jewelry. They both were absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy with how they turned out. The only bummer was that my husband asked for my rings to be in gold because that is the color I wear the most and because it was one of our wedding colors. My rings however came in silver. I wear any colors of jewelry and am not super picky about it normally, but because it was one of our wedding colors I definitely was hopeful. In the end, his ring (which we asked for in silver) and my rings matched so we weren't too upset and were able to play it off as intentional. And the rings are truly beautiful and well made. I definitely would recommend these guys but would suggest double checking or getting your ring fixed if it comes in the wrong color (if you're a big stickler for that kind of thing).

First ring I ordered was plated, it tarnished on the bottom side within a year. When I contacted support they offered a 40% discount on my next purchase. New ring is solid gold and it is beautiful. She loves the design! Would definitely avoid ordering a plated ring if possible

Thank you so much for the custom ring. It turned out the way we hoped, it was just a little too big which wasn’t anyone’s fault but it can’t be resized. You took the time to listen and understand our concerns, and the communication was pretty great. I just wish there was some more communication near the end to know updates about my ring, but other than that, it was perfect and the communication throughout was fast and reliable. Thank you again. UPDATED REVIEW 8/18/25 After leaving this review and can be seen the company contacted me to ask my fiance and I to reach out again. After again telling us that the ring wouldn't be covered, I explained the situation again and asked one last time and they did actually reconsider and covered a replacement and even offered to add another prong for stability. I have the replacement ring now and it's absolutely gorgeous. Seeing it again made me a little teary because I didn't realize how much I missed it! The customer service I spoke with at this point was very helpful and kind and upfront about every part of the process. The only part that keeps me from giving a 5 is I still worry that this one might have structural issues like the first. Their resistance to help initially created doubt that their product is quality. While I adore my ring I will be saving it for special occasions because I can't give my full trust in it. Original 7/13/25 If you had asked me a month ago I would have nothing but good things to say. I absolutely adored my engagement ring and recommend the company to literally everyone I knew. I only got to wear it for 4 months before it broke. The top prong broke off completely, thankfully we were able to find the stone, but the ring is completely ruined. When we contacted the company they said that it couldn't be an error in production like we suspected and that it must be due to unusual wear and tear so they wouldn't cover it under special circumstances. They offered to cover up to $100 In repairs from a local jeweler or to give us a discount on a replacement. Jeweler said the damage was too expensive for him and I don't trust a replacement ring if this is how they respond. :(

Customer Service was very kind and helpful. The ring I ordered feels very high Quality. It is just not EXACTLY like the picture, which was almost disappointing, but it is still very beautiful.

The ring I purchased is lovely. It is pretty and delicate. It arrived in a reasonable time period. It is a bit expensive but otherwise I’m pleased.

The ring was perfect and the delivery time was swift. The only concern was that the delivery service used (FedEx) left the package on my front door and thus it was left unattended for several hours, which was tremendously stressful. Luckily it avoided porch piracy and I was able to beat my fiancee home after receiving the delivery notification.
