They know what customer care means. The ring I ordered was just the way I saw it on the pictures. It was even more beautiful. Can't wait to give it to my fiancee in two weeks.

I already had my engagement ring through Molly Jewelry and it was absolutely perfect. so when it came time to order my wedding band, I ordered one that wasn’t my favorite.. but I reached out to them and explained my situation, and they were so supportive in helping me get a replacement and making sure I’d like the ring this time. It turned out absolutely perfect and so glad that I went through them to get the ring(s) of my dream. My replacement came in less than a month and even made my mom tear up when I showed her my complete set.

I initially went to MollyJewelry for my, now fiancee's, custom engagement ring and wedding band. It was a beautiful moss agate and diamond piece. Now that the wedding is approaching I returned to MollyJewelry for assistance with a matching, masculine wedding band for myself. Throughout both processes they have been extremely helpful, professional, and personable, and now we have two amazing custom designs from MollyJewelry!

We love the ring that we got, and I super appreciate the help that MollyJeweler.us gave us as we were customizing the order to fit our wants! They did so good! Also the ring came faster than I was expecting! Like it was ready and delivered in under a month! I will say that they were a little slow in responding to my first message, I believe it was within the 48 hour response time, so I’m not mad, it was just closer to the 48 hour side of things.

MollyJewelryUS was a joy to work with. Their collection is stunning and the ring I selected came just as described. Their attention to detail with packaging is stellar and their customer service is unmatched. They are very responsive and I will be coming back to purchase in the future.

They are a complete scam. They ruined my engagement plans twice. They sent me a tracking number with two addresses attached to it. One being mine and some other being in South Carolina. And this was the supposed second ring because they lost the first one. Then they were going to want me to wait another month. Customer support is horrible chat GPT bot. USPS has marked this company as fraudulent. Do not use. Worst part was they sent me a AI rendering of the ring I chose saying see this is your ring but clearly it was a fake picture.
