I have ordered 2 rings through MollyJewelryUS so far, and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic, the process is made as simple and easy to understand as possible. Both rings have looked exactly as pictured, and the second ring was a custom make to fit the first ring snugly to make a matching pair, and both fit perfectly! The making/shipping process was so quick and the packaging is what I could only call Luxurious! The support team were really friendly when I reached out for an update on the expected delivery date, and the service provided was overall an absolute 10/10! Cannot recommend enough!

The company catered to my adjustments and delivered a custom ring in a timely matter. The quality of the ring was amazing and detailed for the size!

I placed a custom order in Aug. There was an existing design that I wanted to adjust to make it coordinate with a Levian ring. The team was really helpful with the right way to edit and quick to send the mock up drawings. We did 2 extra edits and they were very transparent about cost of the gemstones I thought I wanted vs what we decided to use (because budgets! Lol) I got the earrings 4 weeks later which is fantastically fast for custom jewelers. Very Knowledgeable and Honest team. Will definitely use again.

I had a custom order for our engagement ring. It was a very easy process, they sent mock-ups via email before the final order and the ring itself came out perfectly as designed. We love how it turned out, the ring is perfect. And the price was very reasonable; our customizations were based on several of their other ring designs. It was created and shipped within a couple of weeks. Overall a great experience.
