Ordered it, got it, love it.

Erster Kontakt mit dem Fahrrad von Mokwheel war ein Privates YouTube Video, gezeigt wurde das Bike Basalt ST das mir auf Anhieb gefallen hat. Preislich und Optisch passte alles zusammen und für nen kleinen Euro gabs noch einen ganzen Karton voller nützlichem Zubehör. Was nach der Bestellung bei mir zu Hause ankam war Perfekt verpackt, toll verarbeitet und für die Montage lag sogar das gesamte Werkzeug bei. Nach einer Stunde war der Zusammenbau erledigt ( gute Schrauber können das schneller). Das Ergebnis war einfach toll, was für ein Bike! Nach der Probefahrt, war ich so überzeugt das Ich meiner Frau das gleiche Bike aber mit tiefem Einstieg bestellte als Bonus gabs für beide Fahrräder ein Körbchen kostenlos dazu. Optik und Haptik sind tadellos da gibt es für mich nichts zu Meckern und auch nach einigen Wochen einsatz gibt es da nichts zu beanstanden alles funktioniert bestens. Danke für so ein tolles Bike. Es Lohnt sich regelmäßig die Seite von Mokwheel zu besuchen eine riesen Auswahl und immer wieder tolle Angebote bei denen es sich wirklich lohnt.Die Zukunft wird es zeigen wie es mit dem Service und eventuellen Reparaturen steht, Ich werde weiter berichten.

The bike is great, fun to ride and the suspension is a game changer for off-road trails. I needed to replace the dash board (display) after about 130 miles. Mokwheel was easy to work with and they shipped one under warranty. Now the head light does not work but I replaced it with an aftermarket light. The only issue I had was with the accessory kit. They sent a helmet that did not fit my head and in order to use the saddle bag they include in the kit you need to purchase the rear rack for $99, there was no mention that the rack did not come with the bike purchase

We love our new bikes! We’ve rode them all over the gravel roads, city sidewalks and even some trails through the woods. They are great in every setting. Be sure to get the front basket and rear bag to bring all your goodies with you. It feels like being a kids again!

I have only had this bike for a couple months, the experience I have had so far is great. I love riding this bike and every time I ride it is no less than 5 miles. Usually double that. I have used it for hunting and I love it being quiet. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an E Bike. I am in the process of saving money for one for my wife. Hope by spring of 25. Thanks so much for the great bike. The longevity is unknown. I will gladly review then. I will be 71 in Dec.

Website design is awesome and very informative. The videos are great too. Customer service is very helpful when you call in and shipping was fast and easy

From order to delivery, everything went very smoothly. I am happy with the bike overall. Easy assembly, parts and tools included. The only point is that it arrived with minor paint defects. I have a question, is there a repair shop that has an agreement with Mokwheel for inspections? Thank you very much!
