MokwheelReviews of mokwheel.com

We received the bikes in a timely manner. Overall quality is good, I like the big tires for all terrain. My wife struggles with it being so tall, beings she is only 5'2" wished they had a 24" she doesn't like the 20". My other complaint is that we bought the extra large package. With all the accessories and weren't directions for most of it or location. I would not have spent the money if I would have known that. Out of all the accessories we've used 2. Also the bike rack. They only gave us one hook from the seat to the neck, so we can only use one of the bar hooks and have to figure out how to tie down the other bike, because there both step through. Customer service has been good, quality 4 out of 5, delivery was fast. Blessings Karl

It was easy to contact support. It was easy to communicate and understand the support rep. He was clear on what evidence I needed to provide to verify the issue and how to provide it. They accidentally send the replacement part to the original delivery address rather than to my current location as requested. I was able to stop the delivery to the old address and they sent another replacement to the correct address. They later sent a return label for the defective part.

From purchasing the bike to receiving the bike was flawless. I had one small issue with the bikes monitor and customer service was easy to deal with. Hopefully one day soon Mokwheel will upgrade there plastic parts to hold up better but over all I am very pleased with the bike and at this point that’s going on 2 years. I would actually purchase another if I was in the market for a 2nd e bike. Thanks.

Overall happy with my mesa light. Brakes near frequent readjusting and can become a bit squeaky but other than that great bike.

Order arrived very quickly, 35 hours after order placed. Bike seems to be well made, sturdy and very adjustable. While they say one size fits all, this is a large frame. The attachments for the front rack/basket should be 3/4 inch lower so it doesn't interfere with the integrated headlamp. Also as this is very sturdy it would more useful to have attachment points on front fork for a low rider rack. Sure you can use the rear rack but since the motor is in the rear hub the bike is rear heavy. For handling and stability better to carry cargo low and up front.

Great bike easy assembly good quality

The obsidian 2.0 is a great bike. Lots of power and very comfortable duel suspension. I am looking forward to more off road biking now that I can do it with much less effort:)
