My wife and I have owned our Mokwheel bikes for two years now and have nothing but good things to say about the bikes and Mokwheel support. I can say they truly stand behind their product and warranty. We take our bikes everywhere and will definitely buy bikes from them in the future. Thanks Chad in support for all the help!

Had problems at first getting use to it Having fun now. Had a few issues when i first got it but mokwheel made it right each time

Mokwheel bietet einen hervorragenden Support an! Ich habe ein Obsidian 2.0 und leider quietschte das Bike nach 2 Wochen ohne das wir den Grund dafür gefunden haben. Ich habe Videos an Mokwheel gesendet und ZOE ist ein hervorragendener Mitarbeiter, der innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Tagen geantwortet hat. Ich habe kostenfrei eine neue Kettenstrebe erhalten und aus Kulanz habe ich das Bike ohne einen Kostenvoranschlag reparieren können. Wir sprechen ich von Reparaturkosten von 50€! Ich habe meine Rechnung eingereicht und die 50€ erstattet bekommen. Toller Service! Toller Support! Danke für eure Vertrauen, für euere Kulanz und danke auch an ZOE, der einen fantastischen Kundenservice bietet. Ich wünschte mir das von anderen Unternehmen auch! Mein Bikes quietscht nicht mehr und ich bin überglücklich, denn das Obsidian 2.0 ist einfach das beste Bike ( Preis/Leistungsverhältnis) das man für diesen Preis bekommen kann!!! Solltet ihr euch auch das Bike kaufen, kann ich nur empfehlen, das Bundle mit zu kaufen ES LOHNT SICH DEFINITIV! 🥰

Hier wird Kundenservice großgeschrieben und gelebt. Ich hatte ein Problem mit mit meinem Ladegerät das etwas aus der 2 Jährigen Garantiezeit war. Eine mail an den Kundenservice von Mokwheel wurde direkt beantwortet und eine sehr kompetente und kulante Lösung gefunden. I’ve ridden a mountain bike for years, and I saw little reason to get an electric bike. That is until I tried a Mokwheel and was amazed by its power, and my ability to limit it and still get a great workout. I bought an Obsidian, with the accessories package and I’m very happy with my purchase. Long lasting battery, capable and rugged construction, and ease of use make this bike awesome. I’m riding more since this bike and the shocks help prevent back pain and I enjoy riding with friends that have other Mokwheel models. I have other friends with ridiculously expensive bikes that are no more capable than the Mokwheel models. Try one!

I've bought 2 bikes from Mokwheel and I love them both. The first one a few years ago took a while to ship, but the Scoria 2.0 I just bought shipped right away and actually showed up a day before the scheduled delivery. These bikes are high quality and I couldn't ask for more!
