Love the bottle design! Customer service was top notch when I asked about my shipment. It took a little longer than expected due to inventory shortages, but they made sure to keep me updated! The bottle itself is pretty good quality and I'm highly satisfied.

I’ve been enjoying my TMB since receiving it as a backer. I personally like the bulky industrial design, and the overall presentation of it. After some handling mishaps the plastic twist cap was cracking, but repaired it with some super glue and duct tape. Gave it a bit more of a used feel. I didn’t mind it, but the second complete crack was probably too much to keep using it. After reaching out to see if I could purchase a replacement part they offered a standard bottle if I just paid shipping. What a fantastic option and a relief that I’d still be able to rock this bottle around! Thank you so much, and a shout out to Andrea and Fla for the assistance!!

The delivery time was terrible (15 months since it was backed up in Kickstarter). It was sad to see the bottles being available on Amazon and those who backed the project did not receive it promptly. The product is OK, I like the multiple options in the bottle. The size is not perfect for my car cup holder and the internal glass can contain up to 600 cc.

They require information in your order and I never received any kind of confirmation. I spent a week trying to get any answer while trying to get a confirmation. The only way they got back to me was threatening to report them to the BBB. I wanted them to cancel my order and refund my money, but like other companies I’ve had issues with, they lied saying its already going out, and still didn't provide any confirmation or anything to stall while they try and get past my request. Absolute disgraceful business practice.

It's a lot lighter than I expected and it fits in pretty much all my bags exactly as it should! The material also feels premium and I've gotten so many compliments when I use it at work.
