We did run into unexpected fulfillment delays earlier this year. While our team has been working hard to catch up and improve our systems, that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or support. I’m really sorry for this — not just for the delay, but for the lack of follow-up and clarity. You ordered two bottles and only received one, and it’s unacceptable that you’ve been left waiting this long without proper communication. We did face a stock shortage during that time, but that doesn’t excuse going silent. This is something we’re actively working to fix internally as we grow, so this kind of experience doesn’t happen again. If this hasn't been sorted already i will personally escalated your case (just please DM your order number) , and we’ll either ship the missing bottle right away or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
