Just got my bottle and all of its accessories and I can’t tell you how excited I am with the product!The packaging , the quality , the matte finish, the diffuse lack of the transparent plastic.The strap is fantastic and comes in handy .This bottle is absolutely gorgeous and I plan to get one for everyone’s birthday in the future.

I’ve been using mine for about a month - love that the glass cleans perfectly in the dishwasher - never got so many compliments on a bottle 😂

This company is absolutely a scam. They raised money for this product on kickstarter and will not ship the item to backers unless asked with repeated follow ups. Even though there are still many unfilled orders after 2 years, they are selling the product on amazon. What I think is happening is that they took the money from backers with no intention of fulfilling them and just hoping that people forget. They will then fulfill the promise for people that make a big enough stink to try and avoid any additional problems. In addition to that the product is horrible. Cheap plastic pieces, hard to clean, doesn't actually keep anything hot or cold and one of the glasses has already broken.

Initially I had been taken on a ridiculously long wild goose chase with this brand. From the moment I invested my hard earned money to the following YEARS of complaints and waiting I can finally say they have made good on their promise or I should say SOME of their promises. Upon getting my package, the product was unfortunately broken and after reaching out to them I was met with radio silence. For any customers dealing with a similar issue, I highly recommend reaching out to their team multiple times as that is what worked for me. After numerous emails they finally had the decency to make good on some of their promises. They had sent me a replacement bottle and a replacement 750ml glass inner which is what initially arrived broken. Their team aren't the best at communication but they finally made good on that end. As for their promise to reimburse me my 60% of my payment in lieu of the absolute headache in which I endured. I have yet to see any progress on that front. Who knows. At this point I'm glad I got the product I paid for and I must say, even though the quality could be a bit better, their design team absolutely knocked it out of the park with this. Hence, why I was so passionate about getting this product. It's one of the coolest water bottles I have ever seen and already I am being bombarded by questions from others when out and about with it. It looks like it would be right at home on a space station. Overall, I am now semi-pleased with this experience hence the 3/5 rating. If they only kept their promises to their customers in a timely fashion would rank them 5/5. It's worth stating that I had backed their couch console product as well and they also had similar issues with communication but ultimately delivered the product. In closing, is it worth the fuss? For me the amazing design was worth the trouble.
