A few easy steps and fair price for peace of mind
Francine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She answered all my questions and anticipated many of my concerns. I definitely feel she lifted some of my worry about whether my dad is safe when I am not with him.

I probably would have given a 5-star…
I probably would have given a 5-star rating but we have only had this service for about a month and a half. So far... so good. I appreciate the ability to cancel a false alarm by simply pushing the button again. Save on the stress. I also really appreciate having the alert operator based in the U.S. and speak without a difficult to understand accent.

Great Company
They explain everything very thoroughly, the 30 day or money back is great. There sure that there product works and backs it up. A little more then some other companies, but ot works all over the world and the response us less then 30 seconds. The feeling of feeling safe and secure with your loved one, you can't put a price on it. Thank you! 😊

I purchased this device for the fall…
I purchased this device for the fall detection feature; however this feature is overly sensitive and goes off even when it is not at all close to a fall. While you rate the fall detection feature as detecting 98% of fall; what is the false rate?

While our automatic fall detection pendant is designed to detect falls, we cannot guarantee that it will detect 100% of falls; we always recommend that users push the help button on the pendant when possible.
