Daniel was fantastic on the phone. He was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about how great he is on the phone. My folks who this system is for, got a call today about setting up their system! WHAT? It hasn’t been delivered yet! Seems whoever made this call should have information about when and IF the system has been delivered!
