They were good when we had the service (used once) but good luck on canceling if a family member passes. Frist time we got a service representative, they were sending a return label (got nothing). Second time, the person put me on hold and then hung up. Third and fourth time, nothing. There are better options.

We have had this system for a little over 8 months. Two months ago the system stopped providing service. If you press the help button it would call for help, say it was connected and then hang up. I have spent many hours on the phone with them. Some of the agents and tech have been helpful. However the call gets drop, then you have to go back through the system which includes long wait time to be contacted to someone else and explain it again. One tech even sent a contracted tech to come and look at it. He said the landline was fine. He called to talk to a Mobile Help 4 different times while he was at the house and was disconnected 4 times with nothing resolved.

I have Mobile Help for my mom and I will say I like the products, and how effective they are, however I am not pleased with our experience on 3/20/26. My mom accidentally hit her device around her neck. Normally, Mobile Help will contact us to verify if it’s a true emergency but NO ONE NEVER called. They sent EMT to our home which resulted in our door being kicked open. I have been contacting the company since 3/20/26; have yet to speak with a manager; they CLAIM they called which is not true we have caller ID and my phone was directly next to me. This is the worse customer service ever and I am only requesting to speak with a manager for compensation for the damages of which is going to take a month to replace. I’ve been advised to take legal action, which should not be situation. My last call to them on 4/6/26 I was informed that Latifah the manager would contact me at 10:00 am EST. It is now 4/7/26 9:41 pm EST and I’ve yet to hear from Latifah. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

3-6-2026 **FED UP IN COLORADO ** poor customer service in trying to get monthly charges correct for system my disabled daughter needs. mobile help auto system gives one fee we owe, and customer service has no record of that fee. i asked for a supervisor to call me, never did. not worth the aggrevation save your money and energy folks

I had MobileHelp for my mother for over 3 years. She wore it religiously and it gave me piece of mind. After she passed away I called customer service and they informed me I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN. In my opinion, not good customer service especially after your loved one passes. They never notified me that they received the machine. No follow up email to thank you for using their product.

My Mom had MobileHelp for about 5 years, and it worked ok. Eventually, my Mom moved into an assisted living facility and, on the day she moved, we called to suspend service. Even though the next billing period was 6 days AFTER we called to cancel, they charged her $43 for the next billing cycle. Their absurd policy is that the service is not officially cancelled until the equipment is received. We sent the equipment back the same day we called to cancel, but I think it arrived 2 days after the start of the next billing cycle. I complained, but to no avail. The equipment is minimal, and probably worth less than the $43 that she was charged.

My dad was just taken to the hospital via ambulance. No notification from Mobile Help. I learned about it from his neighbor. When I looked at his camera in the house, I could hear his Mobile Help device “talking”. I am assuming he pressed the button. The app no longer works. When I log in it says it is out of service, an updated one is coming….when???

I was told there was no setup process. Turns out there is and the client doesn’t know how to do it. I’m 1500 miles away. She also fell yesterday but didn’t have the necklace on bc of the setup problems.
