I ordered 3 different Lego type pictures. 2 were great and 1 wasn’t positioned so well as it cut off the top of my granddaughters head. After I emailed minebrick about it, they fixed it and now we are all happy! Thank you so much. They are unusual and well done!

I was not happy at all with the design preview I received (it was not an accurate illustration at all). I emailed customer service and Lindsay was very understanding and professional. She ensured me that the feedback will be forwarded to the design team and that I'll get an updated mock. This helped me receive a product design I'm happy with.

Customer service is exceptional! I accidentally placed the wrong order and paid more. Lindsay contacted me to make sure I knew about this and helped me with a refund for the extra $ I had paid.

MineBrick has excellent customer support. When I needed to change my order, Lindsay understood my needs immediately and offered a fully customized solution. She was responsive, professional, and even added a preview service to ensure I'd be happy with the design before production. The team clearly cares about getting things right. Highly recommended!
