I ordered our Minebrick not so long time ago. It was perfect expect that one of the names was incorrect. I contacted the service desk and Amy was super friendly and kind and offer to send as the piece with the correct name. I realy appriciate her dedication to help and her friendly communicaton.

Good customer service
The service for making the picture was great. The service was responsive and helpful. There was originally a mistake on a card, but the company worked to make it right. The holographic quality makes it hard to read and kinda looks like a sticker stuck to card. The corners of the card are not clean, but the image overall is good.
