Good and quick customer service

First attempt at delivery was unsuccessful as we still don’t know where it went , but the company helped me out with a replacement piece and re-delivered to another location of choice , hassle free. Great customer support, accessibility, communication with frequent follow-ups. Overall positive experience.

Minebrick is not perfect. One cannot expect Lego level of service. This is a smaller company and a little patience is required. Even when a substandard issue is found in your order, with a little patience it can be resolved. I’ve order Minebrick twice, once in 2024, and in 2026 again. The art style is cute and very well designed. The instructions in 2026 are much better. They’ve been steadily improving. I’d suggest one final improvement, the colours. In the online manual if there are 2 similar colours they’re easily confused. One major issue I had: missing pieces. Missing pieces are a Lego’s worst nightmare. In both purchases I’ve had pieces missing, in 2024 it was a minor issue but in 2026 it was a major one. The customer service team is accommodating. (As I mentioned before, a little patience is needed). After expressing my concerns, Ms Hayley and Mr/Ms Skye has been understanding and resolved my issues. Overall: Product: 8/10 Instructions: 7/10 Customer service: 9/10 Improvements: colour in manual to be more clear and double check for missing pieces.
