Minebrick gave me great assistance during preparation of my purchase and attended all my requests for changes in the product. I absolutely loved it! The figures are amazing and detailed.. They look exactly like the pictures I sent!

Sally was very helpful in correcting my mistake and helping to fulfill my order as I really wanted it.

I thought that I would be ahead of the game by purchasing my order early for this custom gift! Instead I am going back and forth with this company about an absolutely stupid issue. I had purchased a frame with a mine brick and the picture that it was replicating. I had originally sent in one photo and they claimed that they needed a new picture that was full body. That was fine, I sent in a new full body picture that had a different outfit than the one before since I didn’t have a full length of the original picture. I had asked if the picture was alright, and they said yes. A few days later, I was asked to confirm the project before they would make it and it was with the original picture and the outfits of the new picture…. Did not match at all. I simply asked them as to match the pictures and they said that would cost $50 as a restocking fee! And we have gone back and forth for some time now and they are unrelentless with this whole restocking fee. I then just asked at this point to cancel the purchase because it wasn’t going to be something I wanted, and they told me that it was going to cost me $50 to cancel. Please be better at customizing if you claim to be a “custom” gift company.

The shipment took a little while to arrive but that is okey. Other than that the packing was clean and intact, the quality of the product is top shape. It was a birthday gift so my friend loved it. thx again

My experience was excellent! I overlooked the package and wasn’t aware the lego base was inside my boyfriend’s box. When I email minebrick, the rep (Sally) asked me to double check everything, I was alittle embarrassed when I found it. But she was just so polite, patience, and helpful, and even given me the link to assemble the base too. I really appreciate her guiding me to resolve my issue. Her response was super quick too. So thank you so much for your help, Sally, I appreciate you.

Have been email-ing Amy since 10th January 2024. And till now (15th January 2024) the "artists" still can't get my colours right. I'm worried if this is part of a scam and paid $90+ on this! Planning to get this as a gift but I'm afraid it won't be reaching to me. Lesson learnt. Read reviews before purchasing.
