After my initial $80 purchase, I got the rendering, but I realized that I wanted the figure based on another photo that was more sentimental, and I paid an extra $30 fee to use a new photo. So now I'm at $110. They kept using the old photo for the rendering, despite me sending the new photo 3 separate times. Then they told me they couldn't use the new photo, even though they had sent a Paypal request for $30 to replace the old photo with the new photo. The figure based on the old photo kept looking worse every time they sent me a preview. I feel like I get a new customer service rep every time and no one is following old conversations. Communication is absolutely terrible and condescending, and they don't want to provide a refund. Very disappointed.

I loved the figure! It turned out great and the 3D directions were awesome! We were missing a piece, but customer service was quick to fix it and send a replacement.

Terrible customer service. When the item arrived I was pleased with it hence 2 stars but the customer service was horrible. They sent me an image of how it will look and I wasn’t happy with it and asked if I could change it for the a different model. They said it would be another 50% extra as they’ve started work on it already. I replied that they haven’t started work on it as they’ve just sent me an image of how it will look. They took ages every time to reply and said that it’s too late to change and it and that I would lose my money if I didn’t pay the extra to change it. Seems like a bit of a scam as some of the images aren’t clear. I finally paid the extra to get what I wanted but wouldn’t use again. They asked me to send the extra money to a Chinese account which was a bit of a worry and some of the Emails were in very poor English. Beware.

Worst customer service and horrible experience. Charged almost double due to the conversion rate (as it doesn’t state the currency they use on their site). I requested to cancel the order the next day when I realised the cost. I was told production has started, so to cancel it will be a 50% cancellation fee. I requested evidence the production had stated but nothing. This company won’t last long with all the bad reviews (also check their Facebook page). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
