Had a few issues after I processed through the order. The team contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. They were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for being so patient. I really appreciate it!

After soo much research and apparent risks of scam I finally ordered 2 brick figures for me and my boyfriend. I was afraid so i ordered the rendering submission service before production just to be sure. I am telling you the figures turned out PERFECT! I was not expecting it, really they are so funny and really well made. We got electronic instructions and they are actually 3D that you can rotate around and really easy readable (in my opinion better then lego’s). I am super happy! Shipping was quick they shipped on December 23 and i got them January 4

I'm having the same issue as so many that I now see posting. SCAM! I have now waited over 30 days for my package, they told me to keep waiting, then finally told me “I am sorry to tell you that we received the information from our logistics department that the package was detained by customs.” I Doubt that's true and doubt I’ll get a refund. Don't buy unless you want to waste your money & deal with repeated emails with "holdups" throughout the process.

I bought a couples brick, for my son & partner in Australia, they had great fun making it, and love it. Very happy also with the service. When I received the photo of expected model, prior to making, I wanted to change a couple of things , the company were very responsive, and helpful, this resulted in a great gift. Thank you so much, I will definitely use again.

I ordered a gift for our anniversary and I paid extra for express shipment. I was given the time frame Dec 22-24 for receiving the item. Unfortunately I received after our anniversary which Dec 26th. When I requested a refund only for the express shipment, they said they had shipped the products on 21st, and having receiving is normal because it was still in the time frame, which was not obviously.

These guys were great communicators. They made sure I was getting the exact product I wanted. They also helped answer questions after the product arrived.

Actually I would give 5 stars if not for making me bald. However I would like to compliment Amy.L for her prompt respond and corrective action taken.
