I ordered a couple with frame design. There were multiple errors with the design of the brick figures. Mainly the female has brunette hair and the male had dark blonde hair and both figures came with black hair. I was never sent a proof even though the item description says it will come with a proof to be approved before production. When I reached out to customer service the first email was completely ignored and I had to follow up days later. They then replied to me saying I never ordered render even though it was never listed when purchasing the item. They then advised in the email 'Since the product is not made 100% according to original drawing' and 'The product also contains some of the designers personal inspirations and aesthetics". According to mine brick my partner and I are apparently better looking with black hair which is actually pretty insulting and highly offensive. They then ignored my reply email. If you are looking to waste your money and disappoint the person this gift is for then go ahead and order mine brick otherwise, please save your time, money and feelings. This company just cares about taking your money and doing the very minimum they can.

I couldn’t have had more issues with this company. From the start (1st of February) I paid €95 in total. I paid €25 for express shipping, they promised my item would be here on the 12th of Feb as it was a gift. First issue was the rendering, which I paid for. They didn’t take into account any of the details and both of the characters outfits were wrong. I made a revision and they fixed one character, but not the other. Since it takes so long for a revision, I had to just accept that one character didn’t look right because if I made another revision, the order would be late. By the 10th it wasn’t shipped, I emailed and Amy told me she would expedite the process (I paid for the VIP package, it should’ve already been expedited) On the 12th my order still hadn’t been shipped, so I requested a refund of the express shipping. In the last 2 weeks I have gone back and forward with 32 emails. First they said they could offer 10%, then 15%. They messed me around for 2 weeks, until that point, I told them I wanted a full refund since I sincerely doubt this product is ever going to arrive. This company is a complete scam, I am so disappointed and would be happy to share the emails I went back and forth with them showing their disrespect. Amy and Melanie were both completely unhelpful with this and just constantly repeated the same over and over. Terrible customer service. As of Tuesday 20th February, I have not received my product or my refund. Also, I can almost guarantee they will attempt to pay me to remove this review.

Customer service is great and very helpful. The product is also very good quality and better than i expected 🤩

I made two separate purchases. First order was a gift that included 1 adult male, 1 adult female, 2 female kids, and one dog. I was able to add the rendering fees for the entire first order and luckily able to make modifications where needed. One child was holding a water bottle and that accessory was not included. Besides that, it turned out good and the family loved it. The second order was a couples set for me and my husband. This one had lots of problems, mainly with my character. When placing the order, it didn't allow me to add the rendering fee. Customer service wouldn't allow me to add it on later. So when it arrived, it was not up to par. Disappointed that I had to pay an extra $20 to cover the shipping fee for my replacement. All the modification details I provided was not met, but accepted what their design team's lack of capability was able to come up with, because it was better than the first set received. Had to mix and match stuff from both the 1st and 2nd design, to come up with something more acceptable of a product you've been advertising. No where as close as good as the advertised models, but acceptable. Customer Service Rep, Amy, was kind and respectful throughout the ordeal and I appreciate her quick responses. I do want to order more in the future, but I'm really hoping I don't have to go through another headache with your terrible design team.

Horrible service. They will take over a month to ship it, or so I think cause mine has not shipped. They definitely cannot handle excess or too many orders. You are better buying Legos and painting them yourself. Save yourself from them and never order from them.

I’ve finally assembled this purchase and am extremely dissatisfied. I paid for additional consultation to be able to review mock ups of the order before production and shipping. This never occurred. Once revived the design was not to my liking with details veering from the photo. The workmanship was sloppy and of low quality with pieces not fitting properly, gaps and misshapen pieces. I would like a response to my complaint please and a refund of service deliver nor to quality expected.

I was a bit unsure of making this purchase at first, as it was a wedding gift for my sister and her husband. But I decided to take a leap of faith as I thought it would be a really unique present for them to enjoy forever, share with their kids and as big lego lovers themselves, I thought they'd enjoy the process of building it together. I am SO glad I did! The product turned out perfect (Two people and a photo frame). I panicked at one point and reached out to customer service because the email I received just had a stock photo and I thought I'd made a mistake and my photo didn't upload - but they were very kind and reassuring everything was fine on their end. I paid the extra to get two changes, worthy purchase if you are a bit concerned about how things will turn out. I made an adjustment to the bouquet colour (pink instead of red), added in highlights to my sister's hair and my now brother-in-laws shoes as they weren't in the photo, and everything else was absolutely perfect! I couldn't believe I could change minor things like that, especially the hair highlights. The timing for everything was really quick and even once it was posted, I received it really fast, even though it was just before Christmas which is the worst time for postage :P Really impressed with the packaging too, it was really cool to see it get opened and everything be in it's place with all the bright colourful images on the box. They were so stoked and had no idea what it was, and then when they saw it they couldn't believe it was them in little brick people! ahaha. Had a wonderful customer service representative Vivian who stayed in touch with me once it was shipped and confirming everything was alright. Honestly so happy with the purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat! Blown away by the product and the customer service :)

I ordered a custom couple for valentines day. I provided a photo of me and my husband. I was wearing a green dress with a pink shawl. My husband was wearing a black dress with a lot of golden accents. I selected a 'preview before producing'-extra so I could adjust the figures twice if they were not to my satisfaction and expectations. After a day I received a preview of the minebrick figures. They didn't look alike at all! The female figure was wearing a blue dress and red shawl. Not even CLOSE to the photo. The male figure was in complete black, no golden accents to be found. My husband is very clearly wearing glasses in the photo, and his skintone is darker than mine. Both the glasses and the difference in skintone were not shown in the minebrick figures. I immediately replied that I wasn't satisfied and that I would like them to change it to the actual colors of the provided photograph. They then charged me another 50% because it was already produced? But I never gave a GO??? I am trying to get a full refund now, because I am not paying another 35 euro for the 70 I already paid. Bad customer service, and they should be ashamed that their design is so far off from the photo provided.
