Be warned, that you won't get a 1:1 liking from the original photo. I tried to get a gift for my wife and she has blond hair and I wear glasses, they sent black hair and I'm not wearing glasses. They also mislead you in that it's just the head customization and not the body portion. They did such a bad job.

One of the best helping ever get in my life..the girl Sally she sorted everything very friendly..

Had to pay 7.99$ more after it never arrived and they had to resend it to me although i paid $2.99 for insurance on shipping and there were also parts missing and the person didnt look like me at all avoid this half assed borderline scam

I received the wrong product and file the service ticket for replacement. Lindsay's prompt response and professional attitude quickly put my mind at ease. Her dedication to addressing my concerns and facilitating the replacement process was truly commendable. Thank Lindsay once again for the exceptional service. It is rare to encounter such a dedicated and customer-focused representative.

Complete scam and waste of money My partner purchased a couple set with frame for $300 NZD (Which includes the picture the characters are meant to resemble in the frame!) We paid extra for proofs and VIP treatment of the product, what we received does not even slightly resemble the picture sent. Not just different clothing ie in the picture I had a blue dress and was sent jeans and a top but different hair colors and far darker skin tones. We reached out actually assuming we had been mistakenily sent the wrong characters and had someone else's order but were meet with a clearly automated reply offering 5% discount, which is outrageous for a $300 wrong order when we were not at fault. After reading the terms and conditions and pursuing their customer service we were offered a full remake of our order and a proof before they made it to make sure we were happy with gaurentee that our remake will be done within 5-7 days. That was 2 weeks ago and we have had radio silence since even after following up multiple times. This is ridiculous for the amount of money paid when they're main point of advertisement is that the characters are personalized, abosulte scam of a company and I will be continuing to inform every platform to stop as many people as possible to being tricked into the same nonsense.
