Was surprise the live chat is very responsive from pre-sale to after sales. i am buying for overseas guest and this items need to be shipped in time. The live chat crews is very helpful esp Amy L. There were was a missing piece from my…
There was a missing piece from my package from Minebrick. I contacted customer service and asked for the missing piece. Customer service got back to me quickly and mailed me the missing piece. They were easy to communicate with and super friendly too. Sally from customer service was great!
