I purchased a customized birthday pack for my 9 year-old daughter. I received my package in the expected timeline, and the un-boxing and process of building was far beyond my expectations. My daughter absolutely loved it ! 🤩 The only issue was that she received a wrong item that she was supposed to hold in her arms (a bubble tea instead of a pet cat). A brief e-mail exchange with the customer service later, and I have been confirmed that I will receive the cat soon. No hassles, nor push backs... something I cannot say with other previous experiences I have with some Asian merchants... A happy client here!! ☺️

Ordered a couple set but had 2 missing pieces. Emailed them and prompt response to sent the replacement!

i really loved the fact that it tells you whats going on (for example couple of days was makinfg time then delivery) and i also love the product. One really small issue is when brightness is set to middle it starts to flicker

Refund request refused. My parcel has delivered to the wrong address by courier company organised by Minebrick. I had to send numerous emails to make them understand that the parcel has delivered to the address that is not listed on the parcel. It is very disappointing customer service experience as it is very simple situation if they compare the address shown on the parcel & compare it with address shown on the photo given as proof of delivery. They want me to contact their courier to report the incident which I believe the responsible party has to deal with it. And their courier company has no page to report the loss of delivery and they only offered me 30% of the full cost of the item.
