Provided great service and quick delivery times!

I was extremely disappointed with my order from Minebrick. I paid extra for multiple changes, as this was going to be a gift for a very excited little boy. I recieved a text telling me the order was ready to view to check if it matched my picture, however being a weekend (I was away on a mini-holiday) I thought I would check it on Monday morning when I was home and had time. No-where did it tell me I had limited time (not even business hours). Not only did they then not let me change my order (even after paying extra for alterations), the colours of the clothes in the photo I sent, and the pattern on the shirt did not even match. The order got sent to me anyway, with no updates and looks ridiculous. I never gifted it, and it is now sitting in a box in my cupboard as it is nothing like it should have been. This was a really frustrating process for me, considering the price paid (especially with the conversion to AUD). Nobody offered to help or make any changes, even when contacted first thing Monday morning - 2 days into the process only, after being sent the sample work.

Very good at following up with my needs for changes, hopefully it will turn out nice:)

I love my Spotify lamp they make such a good thoughtful gift. Through no fault of the product or staff I damaged a part on the light and although there was no option to buy a new one online I contacted customer service and have a replacement on the way which I happily paid for. They got back to me straight away which with other companies you often have to wait a while before someone gets back to you Great customer service. A girl named sally . Would recommend for yourself or a gift
