MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

Received this item for Christmas , instructions to build the characters worked great. However the instructions to build the picture frame does not work, I reached out to customer service and they sent me the same thing. It's now April...terrible.

Great responsiveness!

Really nice people

- Item delivered wasn’t the same item listed on purchase - they wanted to charge me for shipping out replacement parts - after two rounds of sending replacement parts. The order still wasn’t rectified.

Very polite, solved the problem quickly. Very cool products!

The product received was faulty and it took several emails and sending images before I was given a replacement. I also had to pay the postage again ! On the positive, all correspondence was courteous and when the decision was taken to replace the order it was received quickly thereafter. I would order from this company again.

At first I thought the pic was blurry then a customer rep told me to peel off the film the magic appeared thank you so much it looks awesome

The customer service was outstanding! I was so pleased with how fast Sienna responded to my email regarding something I wanted to add to my order, Sienna went above and beyond to help me create the perfect gift for my sons birthday! I was very impressed! Highly recommend this business, I will be a returning customer. THANK YOU AGAIN! -Stacy
