Good product, fast costumer service, fast delivery.

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered a personalised model of a family dog who has been put down as a memento gift for my cousin, but unfortunately the product I received was nothing like what I expected. The biggest issue is the colouring. I provided a clear photo of the dog, who is light cream/golden in colour, yet the finished model is predominantly dark brown. The difference is very obvious. The packaging also arrived badly damaged and crushed, which was particularly disappointing as this was intended to be a personalised item. I contacted MineBrick to try to resolve the issue. They initially offered a small partial refund. When I asked for a replacement or full refund, I was then told I would need to pay a significant additional fee for them to remake the product. I understand that this is a personalised product, but I don’t think customers should have to pay additional fees to correct a product that doesn’t accurately reflect the reference photo they provided. Unfortunately, I’m very unhappy with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled. I would not recommend ordering a custom pet model from MineBrick.

Very easy to order, the minebrick team is very much easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to my inquiries.

The support team is the best I’ve seen. They reacted fast on every request and made everything run smoother for me.

Heel tevreden! Goede service: de mogelijkheid om het ontwerp van het legopoppetje nog te veranderen als je het niet voldoende er op vindt lijken. Dan moet je wel zelf de link in de bestelmail in de gaten houden. Hier krijg je geen extra mail van. Maar het legopoppetje van mijn hond ziet er leuk uit en ook een heel duidelijke stappenplan hoe het poppetje in elkaar zet! Super. Aanrader!
