MinebrickReviews of minebrick.com

The customer service was prompt, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Cherry for her guidance along the way. I look forward to my son, Zac receiving the product and plan to give a review once more after reviewing the product in hand. Can’t wait!

Cherry was very helpful getting me instructions to reassemble my set that had come apart while moving. Although, I had ordered almost 6 months ago, Cherry dug up the records to send me the instructions again.

My partner loves it so much, it is her favourite gift out of all of the gifts I gave her for our anniversary. Lots of attention paid to details, the figures look very cute and accurate. There was another guy who sat next to us in this food store, and he did ask me where I got these brick figures from, so he could give it to his wife as well, and I told him about Minebrick. Just be mindful that this product takes some time for design and production prior to delivery, not to mention 1-2 days it took to assemble them myself before I can give it to her. Fortunately, I've managed to receive the figures on time and finished assembling them by the day I need. I'm really impressed with the digital assembling instructions that you can zoom, and rotate however you like (that helped a lot), and instructions also point out easily confusing parts, so that you don't mess up with similar parts during assembly. Highly recommended! Very satisfied!

Bought as a gift that came about 2 weeks late despite being ordered in advance. Paid extra to "review renderings" which didn't work so basically paid for nothing. Tried to cancel the item it took so long. Customer services were useless. Took days to respond each time and just ignored what I'd asked and said it was being processed. Overpriced for what we received eventually anyway. Box was absolutely destroyed. Terrible gift

The Legos came out so cute and their customer service is excellent.

The team was super helpful, I had placed an order which had to be internationally shipped. So yes, there were delays but the team at Minebrick was very responsive and helpful! The 2 people i was exchanging emails with were very polite and courteous

Good communication from client service. Good quality product!
