When ordering the couples customized Lego figurine, I loved the product, but the hair came in with the wrong color. I sent an email for help where I first was contacted by Haley. Haley was very helpful in trying to get me a new piece, and was very understanding about my issue. Unfortunately, in the process, I was having problems with payment. I was then passed to Amy, who continued to try to fix this problem, but couldn't find a solution. From there, Cherry helped me to get the custom hair piece that would match my Lego figure. All three people were very helpful in continuing to work with me through my frustrations and continuing to provide solutions. I look forward to getting in my new part soon, and thank y'all so much!

I purchased one of their products as a gift and it came out great! The shipping was also pretty fast. I initially had some technical difficulties approving the design they sent me and customer service was pretty quick to respond and help me out. Once we received the product and build the figures we noticed we were missing a piece and one had something printed on it that was off and again customer service was so quick and happy to help us! I will be ordering more in the future.

Amazing customer service . I purchased my minebrick over a year ago. My wife and I are extremely busy and didn’t get around to building it. Within a half hr they resent me my full instructions. Very very impressed and will recommend to all my friends !

Absolute worst purchase and customer experience! I placed an order as a Father’s Day gift almost a month in advance so that it would have plenty of time to be produced and sent to me. When I received my order three weeks later, I open my package to find the wrong order. Upon reaching out to customer service, I have been met with nothing but lies about how that’s the item I ordered and the system doesn’t allow more than one photo, etc. I have provided screenshots that show my order was for a different item and that the order page on their website asks for two photos. Then I was told I never emailed them requesting any change be made. WHY WOULD I NEED TO REQUEST CHANGES BE MADE TO THE ORDER I PLACED FOR HOW I WANTED IT?! Absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Everything was very ok. Quality and professionalism. The quality of the product is exceptional. It arrived in good time for a gift.

From the ease of ordering to the Phenomenal representative (Amy) they assigned to me, and the photo downloads you can share! As soon as I placed my order, I received an email reminding me of how simple things would be and also that I could reach out with any questions. Amy's message was sweet, professional and engaging and then she even fix an error that I didn't catch immediately!!! I can't wait to order more custom bricks. This is everything!
