I missed the Detail Verification email that was sent and failed to correct the drafted design within the time they asked me to, but Cherry, Steven, and Haley were all informative, kind, and went beyond their way to help me modify the design I want! They were fantastic and very thoughtful of my dilemma! My brick figures arrived in two shipments with the modifications I wanted and I couldn't be happier! Minebrick, you got amazing staff and I thank you all for such a heartwarming gift idea! Will definitely buy more and recommend you to all my friends!

Ik heb mijn bestelling nooit ontvangen. Ik heb geen enkele melding of e-mail ontvangen van het koeriersbedrijf dat er een levering zou plaatsvinden. Na uitgebreid e-mailverkeer kon men mij slechts 40% van het orderbedrag terugbetalen, wat ik niet acceptabel vind. De problemen begonnen toen ik een e-mail van Minebrick ontving waarin werd gemeld dat het pakket naar een verkeerd adres was gestuurd. Ik werd gevraagd om mijn gegevens opnieuw door te sturen binnen een bepaalde termijn, anders zou het pakket vernietigd worden. Ik heb binnen die termijn gereageerd, maar kreeg hierop geen antwoord. Daarnaast moest ik opnieuw verzendkosten betalen, terwijl bij mijn oorspronkelijke bestelling stond dat verzending gratis was. De bestelling was geplaatst een week voor Valentijnsdag, maar door het niet leveren van Minebrick moest ik last-minute iets anders regelen.

I recently ordered a double figurine from Minebricks. It all started well until the third change. After they told me that they would proceed with the modifications and send me another preview. I did not hear from them for a few days. I sent them an email to understand what was happening and they replied that the model was in production since I did not answer their new modifications in time. The fact is that I never received any message concerning those modifications. The only reply I got was that since the model was already in production I would have to pay for any modification. The support kept ignoring the fact that I never received any message for those modifications and did not do any gestures. Indeed, the model did not correspond to what I expected. Be aware that when you order on the Minebricks website they do not care about their customers. If you have an issue you will have to accept it, and they will not try to find a solution. Some friends of mine had way better experiences with competitors so do not order on Minebricks.

Customer Service team is very supportive and responsive. If you have any considerations or any customize design/feedback, you can email them and they will response back to you within 24 hours.

Great and fast communication, the person also loved the gift. I would definitely purchase more building sets.
