I felt supported during the onboarding process and any adjustments needed for effective dosage. The session supporting content is clear and useful. I really enjoy the audio tracks that aren’t guided so I’m not distracted from the experience. I’ve had a subtly profound shift from this therapy that I wasn’t able to achieve solely with traditional therapy.

It’s an apparently legal way to trip and re-wire your brain. The audio tracks they make for tripping (and killer eye mask for blocking everything out) and some solid noise cancelling headphones or AirPods seal the deal.

this company is legit and very easy to work with for alternative means of addressing mental health. 100% recommend if you are searchinhg for alternative and effective means.

Customer service is phenomenal

The app isn’t very easy to use and it’s hard to get my problems solved. I ordered new medication and nothing showed up in the package. In general I can’t follow the program because it’s confusing what I should do next.
