I have found this to be a game changer in helping me defeat my anxiety and has helped me change my life for the better.

Extremely unprofessional company. Support staff is horrible. Nothing is run smoothly. I’ve had sessions cancelled the day of. My medication has not arrived on time. They contract with pharmacies with shipping issues in California. They offer no refunds or accommodations. If your mental health is struggling this WILL exacerbate those issues. This company is clearly concerned with making money more than anything else (as most companies), but it’s especially alarming how little they appear to care about the mental health and well being of their self-paying patients. My clinician has changed, my guide has changed twice. All around a HORRIBLE experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Im experiencing life challenges and lets just say Mindbloom went above and beyond to support me. The most amazing experiences as they relate to RESETTING the mind. No vacation. No day spa can RECHARGE the mind body and spirit like this. Dialed in from the courses to the attentiveness of staff ensuring your well being abd ptogress through the program. A must.

I trust this product and have found the clinicians I’ve dealt with to be very open, honest, and knowledgeable about how to deal with my issue. Granted my goal was rather modest to begin with but early results are positive. I don’t see why I might not take on a more ambitious one.

The team has been really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I was very hesitant about administering Ketamine to myself at home, but the journey has been safe, very enjoyable, and enlightening...and Mindbloom has made it all possible!

Easily inundated with tasks to complete and mixed with depression leads to paralysis. Also, very inconsistent communication and difficult guide assignments, all the fault of the app.

I’ve had a great experience so far with Mindbloom. In four sessions into my initial six session pack, and I’ve found the results incredible. I’m recommending it to so many people in my orbit who feel stuck in treatment resistant depression. From a customer service perspective, the pricing was transparent, my guide has been excellent and there for all my questions when I had them, and even my clinician has been an active and helpful part of my process and has met with me several times. One of my sessions was not what I expected, and my clinician met with me within 48 hours, my guide checked in with me several times, and I felt supported and empowered for my next session.
