I am impressed with how well scaffolded the process is. I wanted to do IV ketamine but between the cost and the time commitment, it was basically impossible for me. As someone who likes to do things on my own, Mindbloom is ideal, and the audio and guidance is really working for me.

Set and setting are so important. Mindbloom's clinicians and guides provide thoughtful and caring support and direction. The app is easy filled with information and curated audio tracks that enhance each journey. The voice journaling feature was much easier for me than pen and paper and the AI summary and interpretation is helpful.

This was life saving, and life changing. I’ve overcome a lot of internalized judgement and existential issues involving my identity as a woman/nb, and a Dragon. The dysphoria could have killed me (and at points it nearly did), but now it’s very minimal, manageable, often nonexistent. All of this while staying true to myself without having to cave in to the worlds conceptualization of what I was supposed to be. It’s reconnected me deeply with my faith, and I’ve only completed my 4th session at this point in my journey. Thank you all so much!

Damn, I would have loved to try Mindbloom out but couldn't get past the checkout hurdles and felt dismissed by everyone at the company I talked to the whole way through. Made me hesitant to move forward with their services, like I wouldn't be able to trust them to hold my mental health needs if they couldn't even get the customer support part right. I've been dismissed enough in mainstream health contexts, unfortunately no difference here. Super weird vibes for a mental health and wellness company :/ Do they even want customers??

The app is wonderful, the people I have interacted with have been truly great. My doctor listened and was ready to help. My guide was understanding, and willing to help me through the process.

Everyone is always great understanding easy to talk to. My last experience with ketamine I had elevated blood pressure two or three hours after the fact wore off psychologically and got pretty scared so I talked to my guide or someone who said that you know maybe I should try And you just react, relaxing meditating all that stuff before I do it well my blood pressure was high before I was getting ready to do it for the past three days so I have not taken the ketamine. I spoke to my doctor and he is going to adjust my medication. It is not severe. It is far from dangerous blood pressure, but I don’t want to take any more ketamine until I feel like this is better under control so it’s been now two weeks since I had any and I was going to take it this past weekend, but my blood pressure was up again, which seems usual now so I just started the increase in medication. I’m gonna give it a few days to a week and if it’s back in a good range, then I will go to the ketamine again. It just scared me and it made me not feel well so. I will keep you posted.
