This company is understaffed, and has almost no way of providing human customer support. I scheduled my first session, but had to cancel because the medication did not arrive on time. I am trying reschedule, but they have no availability to match times that are good for me. Did finally speak with someone, who was honest enough to admit they were short staffed and extremely limited availability for sessions. This company demands you work around their difficult to schedule dates, and does not make any effort to work around your schedule. Do not recommend. They seem fly by night and ill equipped to handle their clients' needs.

This company is completely unable to ship orders on time. I have been using IV ketamine weekly for 8 years prior to moving to an area that does have any ketamine clinics within 90 minutes. I was unable to take ketamine in the month of August because my clinician was out of the office for 3 weeks so no one could prescribe me my new vial. My most recent issue is that they would not allow me to order my refill right after my 3rd session in the prescription. I had to wait for 4 days to order. Since their pharmacy takes 3-7 days to process orders, I have missed my most recent dose again. Customer support does not care that I am missing doses. They main emphasis to me is that I am still getting all the medication that I have paid for so be patient. There is a reason I am on a weekly schedule - I have severe bouts of depression that will last 6-12 months once one starts. Weekly ketamine is the only thing that has kept the episodes away. If you are on a monthly dose where a few days here and there won't make too much of a difference, they may be ok. For shorter frequencies, I would stay away.

First of all, you do not get enough medication for weekly sessions. You get 3 and then have to wait for an appointment with your technician. Then it takes about a week to get the prescription ordered then another for delivery. Your first 6 sessions will be figuring out your dose starting at the lowest possible so don't expect to get much from those. Your vial has three doses then wait 2-3wks for the next 3 doses. We only discovered my correct done on the FINAL vial. Those beginning doses count as full doses so you will be paying $3000 for mayyyyybe 3 or 4 decent sessions and we spent so much time raising the dose from a microdose standpoint that I have no more sessions, no more meds and I still owe $660. JUST DONT

I just received a voicemail which included a woman , cursing and yelling , and what seemed to be the sound of slapping. This went on for a bit before they left a message about my interest in mind bloom. I was told by mind bloom that the number was not legitimate. I am extremely careful with online activities. I use a VPN, ask A I if the sites are legitimate, use a browser anonymizer, and have multiple layers of virus and malware protection. Today, I received a text from the same city code about mind bloom. I am very concerned that my extremely private medical information and identity information has been compromised through this company.

I would rate zero stars if possible. Expecting these people to contact your doctor and get any forms or concerns alleviated will NEVER happen. Mindbloom strung me along for 2 months. I specifically mentioned on my first appointment that I am on a low dose of pain meds and they needed a clearance form signed, which I sent right out. Instead of my doctor filling out the form we agreed to end our pain med prescription while I am on ketamine treatment. Mindbloom will make you wait over a week just to tell you "they don't feel comfortable" bc another doctor didn't word things properly or fill out a form I sent. Every other doctor, even the bad ones, are able to deal with doc offices directly. These people charged my card and then strung me along only to disqualify me. So, obviously they don't care about treating trauma, depression, and/or PTSD. Id hate to see someone who's in a really bad place desperate for help rely on Mindbloom. Expect to be nothing more than a cash cow to these people if you are accepted. Unfortunately, you can't even review them easily, but if I had seen these reviews I wouldve never wasted my time.

I scheduled an intake call with Mindbloom with the intention of getting a couple of my questions answered and then signing up however they completely blew off the appointment. They didn't cancel, they just never called. I moved meetings for this appointment and do not appreciate my time being wasted. People who cannot follow through should NOT be involved with treating mental health.

They screw up constantly and prevent you from receiving reliable treatment! Mindbloom adds to stress and anxiety, they do not help you!
