I rec you either have esketamine (nasal spray) or better yet, an IV infusion of ketamine at 0.5mg/kg administered over 30-40 minutes in a monitored setting. You need 2-6 infusions. If no impact on your depression after session 2 then abandon ketamine. If it’s working then finish 6 separate sessions. Ketamine resolves medication resistant depression in about 60% of cases, but does so for only a short period of time, hence, the multiple returns for treatment. I’m thinking of adding this service to my practice as it does appear to work well for a number of patients and I have been using it as an induction agent in the hospital for 20 years.

Not helpful
You give them your email address and they have you take a survey just so for you to find out that you can't afford it. I have also heard that the service is crap.

Disappointed
I've been following the development of ketamine as a revolutionary tx for long-term anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation for years. When I read that oral ketamine had FDA approval last spring, I was excited and hopeful that it might help my long term depression which wasn't helped by antidepressants.
I found Mindbloom on the web and took the usual depression scale questionnaire that I have taken multiple times. I was accepted and paid the $386 first installment. After being accepted there was a two month wait to schedule a zoom appointment for an 'evaluation'. I assumed this would be to get a more personal history of my depression beyond the online questionnaire. During the 45 minute appointment my 'clinician' never asked me ONE question about my history of anxiety or depression, how it manifested in my life, etc. Instead I answered "Yes" and "No"questions about any physical ailments I might have. Towards the end I had to talk over him to say "The reason I want to have this ketamine treatment is to lift my depression". He didn't respond.
After paying, I was privy to read every word on the website. The videos and info was concentrated on preparing for the session, finding a PMT (person to be present during each session), importance of setting 'intentions' for each session, journaling before and after each session, taking BP, etc. A classy Bloombox arrived with a talking wrist BP monitor, plush mask, and a booklet about the session, how to set it up, manage the effects, etc. The text was positive, to prepare me for embarking on a 'journey' that would be 'transformative'. I was advised to repeat the TOL mantra: Trust, be Open, Let go, if anything uncomfortable came up as that would be part of the journey.
I had already noticed there was no mention of depression or anxiety, nor ketamine.
My guide showed me how to do the 4-7-8 breathing as a goal to be done three times a day.
Finally the day of my first session arrived, and after reading all the possibilities discussed on the website, I expected to feel some kind of 'shift' in my perceptions. I put the 200 mg lozenge in my cheek, followed the instructions, put on the mask, earphones, soft music. (I should add there are three music playlists with a guru styled intro on both. Each started with new age platitudes I have heard a million times, so I didn't use them) I settled back, relaxed and.....nothing happened. I was in a more meditative state azs the hour went by. Then I saw a different clinician who asked, from a list, about side effects: Dizzy? Dissociation? Seizures? Chest pain? etc. She decided I could receive a higher dose: 300 mg per session.
My sessions were once a week for six weeks. To make a long story short, I felt absolutely no effect during these hour long sessions, lying back, feeling nothing but relaxed because of the mask, music, and waiting for some kind of sensation.
After the fourth session, a message popped up that said "We want to "celebrate" this "milestone" in your journey. What milestone? It ended "continue your journey of "growth, healing, and self-actualization".
I didn't sign up to go on a journey for "growth, healing, and self-actualization". I signed up for ketamine tx for long-term anxiety and depression.
That's when I knew my suspicions were accurate. This was more like a new age online retreat than ketamine treatments. "Ketamine" isn't mentioned. It's called the "medicine".
The rest of the sessions were the same. I am so disappointed. My guide assured me that long term treatments at mild dosages can go on for years. I thought, "No way".
I forgot to mention that there is one virtual"integration" meeting post session, then it's messages. You can have others at $59 a pop.
I may be the only one who has these feelings. It just feels like a new age trip not a medical one to me.
Hope this info is useful
Thanks

This company steals money from people.
I paid this company $386 and found out I wasn't eligible for their program. They said they would process a refund. It's been over a month and I haven't received it. I've asked them several times for a refund and they will not respond.

Would give zero stars if able.
I have a BEYOND lengthy story as to why Mindbloom is a despicable company, who at the least is unprofessional. If you care to see story after story of how failing patients appears to be their MO, check Reddit. This is something too important to leave to people not giving you their full attention. You will not receive anything close to that here. There are better, more attentive, effective, and affordable ketamine for clinical depression options out there. Just takes a little bit more research than you may assume. Hang in there everybody.
