MidwayUSAReviews of midwayusa.com

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my latest order...like many others have stated...they ordered, product never shows, Midway gives them the run around on cancellations. I'll never order there again.

Slowest shipping I have ever had from any dealer. Tracking number is only way to find out about my $116 order. No phone working, no chat available, NO EMAIL RESPONSES! I seriously wished I never placed this order. It was a birthday gift I ordered 10 days ago. It even said expedited shipping. What a joke. They had no problem charging my credit card though and it looks like I’m going to have to call them. I will never ever ordered from this company again and I strongly suggest everyone to believe these bad reviews. UPDATE: Got a phone call today from Midway apologizing for my shipment. The lady on the phone seemed nice and sincere. For now I guess the main blame might be when UPS hands over the package to the USPS. Once it changes over you never know when it will move again. Could be days or longer. I am praying that it’s the exact model fishing reel I ordered because from reading these reviews and on Yelp it’s not going to be easy to get a refund even if they messed up. I wish you all good luck.

One star is too generous Hiding behind corona virus No live chat No telephone customer service e mail response time 3biz days?? wt? wt? wt? Bonbarded with spam e mails that i cant seen to stop. Impossible to make changes in account info. Thet are busy and could not care less AVOID!!!!

Its past time they said my product would be here cannot contact them. they have cut off phones and email. And they blame some one else. Rodney Hames

MIdway USA uses a canned email response if you have any issues with an order. They are using the covid -19 as a cover to do poor customer service. As others have said the tracking numbers they give are bogus, all the number returns as is " package prepped" or some such nonsense.

Placed and order June 19th for two "available" items totaling nearly $150.00 and as usual Midway claims it shipped immediately. Unfortunately, like what everyone else is experiencing, the tracking number is invalid, Midway will not answer telephone calls or respond to emails and live chat is inoperable. To make matters worse and like rubbing salt in an open wound, I have gotten emails on at least two different occasions asking me to rate the product I ordered and in addition to that I also continue to receive marketing emails from Midway attempting to garner more business from me. It is clearly obvious they do not have the items in stock but rather than state that and run the risk of shoppers looking elsewhere for their merchandize, they draw us in with lies and deception and then prevent an order cancelation by stating it has already shipped. TOTAL Bull SH*#@! What was once an honorable company and a pleasure to do business with has now apparently descended to the bottom of the barrel. I care not to hear excuses about COVID-19 and how it may have impacted their business. I work in an essential service and have not missed a day or work since the pandemic began. Yes, we experience delays and have had to amend the way we do business however, through an open and honest approach our clients are receptive and understanding. The problem here is Midway is failing to manage customer expectations at the point of sale by, what appears to be, a deliberate attempt to obtain sales through misleading information. Had I known in advance there would be this kind of delay in receiving my purchase I would have shopped elsewhere or at least understood there might be a delay in receiving my purchase. At least then I would have still maintained a good opinion of the company, however now they've probably lost mine and many others future business permanently and all because they refuse/d to effectively communicate.

Order shipped on 6/26/20. Was given a tracking number that does not work and can't get a person to acknowledge my problem. Would like to at least know where my package is.

I ordered a guide rod for my 1911 two weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I have sent 4 emails to there customer service with no response. Do not buy from this company.
