Customer service is the worst I have seen so far. Wrong item, never deliver what I order.

Got my Geisselle trigger in 5 days, had to call because the site was giving me trouble and was treated very courteously while we solved the problem.

I attempted to place an order of 3 different items. One item was on backorder. When I went to check out, I noticed that I was being charged twice for shipping. Once for the order and once for the item on backorder. A call to their customer service center did not help. I was informed that that is the way they do business. I have ordered/backordered items from other online retailers, the items shipped at different times, and I was only charged once for shipping. That is good customer service. Midway apparently is not familiar with good customer service. Its not my fault Midway can't manage their inventories!
