Clearly a mom and pop shop trying to make it big but suffering growing pains. Their customer service may as well be an answering machine, except they will try to get as much information from you as they can. Then, they will need to call you back and that never happens.

MidwayUSA has been around forever. Companies don't stick around unless they're doing something right. Every negative review on here has to do with shipping, mainly shipping times. In reality these issues have much more to do with UPS, USPS, and the state of shipping companies as a whole than they do with MidwayUSA. Midway has very little control over shipping once something leaves their facility. Every time I place an order, it is loaded on the truck within an hour or so. After that, it's out of their hands. Leave your 1 star reviews with UPS. I'll continue to support an excellent company that stands by gun owners and outdoor enthusiasts.

I have historically had good/great experiences with Midway USA. However, it seems that in recent years/times they have continued to decline and quite honestly have hit rock bottom and are starting to dig… They very quickly send you an email that your order has “shipped“ although it is nothing more than the label being created and the actual shipment isn’t for 2–4 days later! On a recent order, this very thing happened, and despite it being shipped, for some unknown reason, it was returned to sender. When I contacted the company, that is when I found out that one of the major items that I was looking forward to receiving, wasn’t even in stock, although they said it had been shipped! I am originally from the town where this company is located and therefore had quite a bit of implied loyalty… But that has now long since passed. From now on, I think I will stick to alternative sources (which I will not try to name here, of course) but midway USA, either needs to really reflects on their business operation principles… Or I see them quickly, becoming a thing of the past.

I'm going to make this short... I believe that some of the sales this place has where the prices are unbelievably low, are of either factory seconds, returns or both. Two purchases in a row of "clearance" knives with obvious defects and neither were listed as a return, refurbished or a factory second. For the prices I paid, I can live with the off centered blade, bad lockstick and lack of packaging, along with oil all over the inside of the box on the other one. But I will never shop here again!

I ordered a set of reloading shell holders that I needed delivered today. The delivery fee was more than the product was, but due to time crunch I ate the bullet. They were supposed to be delivered today. I just received an email saying they will not be here until the 12th. So I called midway usa and spoke to their customer service reps. Appearantly its in their fine detail. If you order after 1pm, the order will be shipped out the next day and it will arrive the next business day. So because Mondays a holiday, that makes it tuesday. OK so this doesn't work for me and I asked the lady politely that id like to cancel the order. She states since the item has been sent out already she is unable to cancel the order. I told her that I need them today and if their unable to help me I need to get them somewhere else. She said I was able to return them but the cost of shipping would be deducted since I no longer wanted them. So now I will have 2 sets of shell holders that I will no longer need. How hard would it of been to cancel this order, or just put in another order to be delivered tomorrow? There was no way she was going to do anything to help me with this order. The main reason im posting this is because appearantly somewhere on their website theres a fine print for delivery. If no one wants to get scammed by a multi million dollar company I suggest you dig through their website and find the fine print.

Bought a meat pack showing 4 available online. Payment deducted from my account. Next day get email saying product not in stock n refund coming. Called customer support to deal with a snyde, condescending prick told me mistakes happen like it’s a joke. Now days later my refund hasn’t arrived!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM!!

no access to owner larry or his support staff- if you know the itemyour after lucky youbecause their employees know nothing except how to take your money and ship maybe what you want or not

Purchased a 1400$ barreled action. Started in June and I have went round and round with midway and Bergara. Midway sucks. Their customer service tells you just what you want to hear. Midway told me it was Bergaras problem. They say that customer is #1. I say bullshit. It's all about a dollar. I guess that's why they get 1.6 stars in a review.
