Ordered a small part on June 12, 2020, and it was shipped but, never delivered? I’ve called, no answer. I’ve emailed several times only to get an automated response. I’ve also used Facebook messenger and still no response. IMO, Midway USA is stealing from us and using COVID-19 as an excuse. Never buy from them again.

Ordered a scope mount. says in stock, status changed to shipped in two days, tracking number is a random generated crap., After one week I sent a form email three days later get a response Item was shipped you should get it Wednesday and if you do not get it in 9 days let us know. USPS tracking number now shows valid but the item has not been shipped until 2 weeks after the order. I still didn't get it. Niway is a F-N SCAM

I ordered two pistol braces from them and paid for the 2 day shipping. The braces were finally scheduled to be delivered several days late but never came. When I checked the status it’s stated that the delivery was undeliverable and was being returned to the sender. It has been well over a week since that status update but midway refuses to issue me a refund until the status is updated. For what? Give me my money and answer the damn phone when your customers need Service! I will never buy from them again I don’t recommend that you do either. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. How they have is excuses of why I can’t have my money? Wth?

Ordered 2 items a month ago with no problem. MUST have been super lucky. Unfortunately I placed a 2nd order for much for money a month later (this past week just before Fathers Day) and even paid for 2 day shipping. Never received the items but had an email from UPS &Midway saying it was delivered. Midways policy is I must wait 48 hours before submitting a claim. AND never told me they needed a police report from me about this until the 48 hours had elapsed. Their only concern is obviously getting my money. So now, I must go out 2 days before FathersDay and try to at least purchase the items I had thought I was ordering in time. PLUS I'm pretty much out the $100 plus probably for good. Update to initial "no star" review- MidwayUSA has since contacted me apologizing for the poor interaction and have made up for the terrible issue. It seems they do listen to their customers and try to make things right. It MAY have been a combination of a stolen package AND a poor performing customer service agent on the other end at that time.??? Not sure what those odds are but I MAY try once more in the future with a smaller purchase.

I ordered an extended bolt handle for a Savage 6.5 Creedmoor on 6/3/20. Tracking said it was to be delivered 6/10/20. No show. I checked with UPS and USPS, they both say they have no record of the shipment. It is now 6/17/20. ai have tried to get in touch with Midway several times with no luck. When you go threw their problems page on the web site it just takes you in circles with no outcome. I am thinking they just don't care much about helping their customers after they have received their money. I am out only out about $30.00 but the bigger problem is, I dont have the part that I needed. Order # 43971208

I’ve been a Midway customer for several years, but recently was reminded of another benefit of doing business with them When you register as a customer and sign up for their emails etc, they ask for your birthdate. Well, I just assumed, because certain of their products can’t be sold to minors in some states. BUT WAIT! I HAD FORGOTTEN: close to my birthday, my email had a discount coupon from Midway. Excellent! Took advantage of that to order a high-powered lite for my home defense firearm! WooHoo! Thanks, MidwayUSA! And by the way, I definitely do not understand all the negative reviews on this site. That is absolutely NOT what you will find on most sites. Midway not only has a huge selection of outdoor gear, they are tops for customer service. No I am not an employee nor a family member. LOL!

Ordered an upper receiver on 6/14/20 @ around 6:00pm online. Found out the following morning that a family member had already purchased same receiver for me as a gift.Midway USA supplied me with a tracking number, I called UPS before contacting Midway USA to verify that package had not been picked up. Contacted Midway USA and asked to cancel transaction to only be subjected to a misleading lie that the receiver had been shipped. I explained that it had not been picked up and verified this through UPS, however Midway USA rep was not interested in WOWING me with good customer service and explained that they would continue to ship the item and if need be return it after receiving it. I let them know that I would be disputing the transaction through the bank. They let me know that they would do us both a great customer relation favor by not allowing me to do further business with them. At least one good attribute came from this debacle! We now know Midway USA has bad customer service relations when it comes to a return or cancellation. No wonder you aren't taking phone calls, I wouldn't either if I was shafting my customers.
