Midway does great getting things out of their building but they use the incompetent UPS as their primary shipper, thats were problem starts!!! Get rid of Ups i will think of maybe ordering from them again. Mr potterfield lies about getting your packages to you fast, 7 days still waiting!!!

The quality of Midway's customer service has dramatically slipped over the past 2 years. They are now defaulting to a third-party "shipping protection" called Extend. One of my recent packages was lost by USPS, and when I called Midway Customer Service, I was informed that they could do "nothing" and that I needed to file a claim with Extend. I filed the claim, and Extend denied the claim without giving any reason. I'm now out the cost of the item, the shipping, tax and the shipping protection fee. My only recourse is to file a claim with my credit card company, letting them know that Midway does nothing for its customers. Sad, really. This used to be a fantastic company.

I originally reviewed this company with a poor review. This is an update to that previous review. Though this review is not stellar, it has come up a bit. I was having problems in regards to receiving my product. Midway said the item shipped, the USPS stated that they never received the item from the shipper. I called Midway and complained but to no avail. On Dec 13th, my item arrived much to my surprise. Was it the complaining that got them to ship a new item or was it truly "lost" at the post office - I'll never know. So I thought it only fair to raise my original review a bit. Will I do business with them again, that is still open to debate. Time will tell.

Ordered on 12/1. Midway claims package left 12/2. On 12/4 USPS says they have been notified of a package ready for shipment. Midway still claimed package left on 12/2. As of 12/5 USPS still waiting on package. USPS receives package on 12/6 at origin facility. Sorry I do not believe Midway and as others have mentioned they never seem to answer the phone. Basically took 5 days to get to shipper.

Average prices with a decent selection, but beware about price fluctuations or sales because they do not offer a price protection guarantee. I made the mistake of buying a trigger from them and a few days later it was somewhere around 25% off (and I haven't even received the trigger yet!). I would recommend going with someone that offers a price protection guarantee, especially around the holidays. This was my oversight and now I am paying the price.

Worst customer service ever, I have been trying to to get a hold of the customer service, to no avail, after the ahipped me wrong refurbished ammo , this is really bad

There is no positive to this. My AR parts are 10 days late, and all they can tell me is they are stuck in Ohio. No sense of urgency on their part. I will shop elsewhere next time.
