Horrible experience. I ordered online for an in-stock item over 2 weeks ago. Still nothing, no updated tracking details, and trying to call them will not work as they aren’t accepting calls or emails. I tried the chat feature, only to find there were 212 people in front of me. Needless to say I will never order from them again. I am just hoping my order eventually shows up, and is the item I ordered.

I can accept things are delayed all over but midwayusa has completely shut down all communication with customers. If you make a purchase don't expect it to arrive and don't expect you'll be able to contact them.....not by phone, email or any other means. There is NO customer service being offered at this time, it's ridiculous!

I updated my account with my current address. I used a credit card with my current address, I checked out with my current address. This was July 3,2020. It was delivered to my old address 3 hours away. I have left them numerous e-mails about gifting the people who bought my house with a free scope that has gone unanswered. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB. If 600.00 amounted to a felony in MO, I would file criminal charges against the CEO. If I thought I had a chance of suing him personally, I would.

MidWayUSA delivered my order to the wrong address and refused to resend the order even at my cost!! I will never use them again!! Their dishonest!!

***UPDATE #2 JULY 17, 2020**** Midway finally contacted me. The lady was extremely polite, told me I was indeed correct that I hadn't received my order. She "re-sent" my order, gave me a tracking number and two days later it has arrived. Situation resolved. Three weeks late but at least it showed. **UPDATE** Seems Midway blocked me on Twitter for complaining. Way to treat a loyal customer since the 80's. If I had any other form of communication, maybe I wouldn't go to Twitter??? I have been a Midway guy since the early 1980's. I get it, these times are crazy to say the least. The shooting community as you know is small when you get right down to it. News travels fast. Whoever made the decision to completely shutoff all communication with your customers after sending out hundreds of "shipped" emails complete with UPS tracking numbers that have turned out to be non-existent should really re-think that decision. There are literally hundreds of these claims on Trust Pilot, BBB and many more sites to not be true. I know in my own situation, it is true for me at the moment. I received an email with a shipped status for my order, a tracking number and a delivery date that has come and gone for ten days now. What compounds this is that in addition to no phone customers service is that emails are not being answered. Email is not being handled. A huge mistake on your part. The damage being done may take years to recover and the sad part is that it is an unforced error that could be easily solved for no cost. Simply do what built your stellar reputation in the first place, be open and honest with your customers. Larry or another company exec needs to post a response on your homepage. A notice that emails are being answered needs to happen immediately. I really hope Midway makes it to the other side of this pandemic, but if not, I would like to thank them for all the years. All of this could be resolved by not making any further unforced errors.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to make an exception. I placed a $400 order 06/30/20. The item said in stock and ships within 4 business days. It is now end of day July 9th and I have no idea if my order is being processed or not. They charged my card immediately but the order page on their site has not updated. If I could at least get a revised estimated shipping date I would be okay, however, their phones/chat are down and email results in an automated response. To top it off, you can't cancel orders on their site. I will be waiting another week and then I'll dispute the charge through my credit card company if nothing has changed. It's a shame because I thought the price was good. Edit 07/16/20: Filed a report with the BBB and my order was delivered. Unfortunately, the shotgun arrived with a good amount of rust. Guns must be returned to the supplier but the supplier's name with return instructions are not provided online. Chat and phones are still down.

Sorry to have to join the complaint parade, but I too placed an order on 6/30/20 and received an email saying it would ship that day, with tracking numbers. USPS still says "awaiting the package". MidwayUSA has disabled their phones and online chat .... and is NOT responding to emails. I've dealt with them for many years and have never had an experience like this. My last order with MidwayUSA ...
