The worst customer service in the industry. My first order with Midway was for $3500.00 and they couldn’t tell me when it shipped or who the carrier was. I still haven’t received it and no one at Midway really seems to care. My first order will be my last.

Doesn't seem to be anyway to completely stop getting their mail flyers in my POBox. Nothing like advertising to bad people that I may or may not keep firearms in my house.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Orders are consistently wrong, partly my fault because I should have learned my lesson the first time. It's amazing to me how they are still in business. Unless by bad luck I keep getting the employee who can't fill an order.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been a long time customer of Midway USA who now has a policy of not selling ammunition to CA residents. I guess California's don't need to protect themselves. Midway said they stopped selling ammunition to CA becuase the state is "too difficult to do business with". So in other words, screw CA customers, becuase you have to put some effort in as a company. This just an excuse anyway. Midway is weak and refuses to push back on the liberals running CA. Thank God every company is not was weak as Midway and its owner Larry Potterfield. There's still good law abiding citizens who live in CA and deserve to be treated like the rest of the citizens of this great country. Please don't do business with Midway, such a weak company.

Was told ups innovations had it. Spoke with rep who had no package. Midway 0 for 3. UPS doesn’t have it. USPS doesn’t have it. UPS Innovations doesn’t have it. Yet Midway won’t take their word that it’s lost and still insisted they won’t help me until 8/12 which is the deliver by date. Why wait when your shipping company is already acknowledging they don’t have it? The tracking number supplied by Midway is useless. I may have well asked the clerk at my supermarket.

I received an email two weeks ago with a tracking number that said merchandise was shipped. The tracking went from UPS to USPS on the third day. Two weeks later, the tracking is still showing with USPS in a city about 30 miles away. Unbelievable!!! I probably could have made the item myself faster than it’s taking to arrive. This company is definitely off the list for me.
